We’re always met by friendly, professional people ready to help with our luggage and take us to our final destination. Once there, the hotel or cruise staff gives us a warm welcome and helps us get settled. During our stay, our planner is always present, making sure our events, daily meals, and activities go as planned. If any associate needs extra help, it is offered without hesitation.
 
Although we do not see it, I know the Covington folks work many hours making sure every detail is in order so that we travel without incident. To say I have come to rely on Covington for a memorable trip is an understatement. I can’t imagine doing it without their guidance and supervision.”
