Oceania Cruises will undertake an ambitious and sweeping initiative to enhance every element of their four iconic Regatta-Class ships. From 2018 to 2020, the Regatta, Insignia, Nautica, and Sirena, already classically elegant, will essentially become four new ships. From the staterooms to the Grand Dining Room, every single aspect of the Oceania experience is being re-imagined and upgraded.
“Elegance… luxury… uncompromised quality. These are the hallmarks of the Oceania Cruises onboard experience our guests have come to appreciate and expect as we’ve traveled the world together.” – Bob Binder, President and CEO
Staterooms
1,368 suites and staterooms across the fleet will be artfully redesigned from floor to ceiling. They’ll be lighter and brighter in muted shades of blues and greens to honor the palette of the sea and sky.
Custom-crafted furniture will have polished wood finishes and a residential feel. Teak verandahs will get stylish new furniture as well. All beds will be replaced with Oceania Cruises’ exclusive Ultra Tranquility Beds and bathrooms will feature polished marble, granite or onyx, and designer fixtures.
Guests will enjoy thoughtfully placed USB ports, chic lighting and new storage spaces in the staterooms, making their accommodations at sea feel like an elegant estate home. Designer accessories will give the transformed staterooms and suites an air of sophistication and elegance.
Dining
Oceania Cruises is renowned as “the Finest Dining at Sea.” Their gourmet culinary program begins with sourcing the highest quality ingredients from around the world. To elevate the dining experience even farther, master chefs will create new delectable menus that reflect Oceania’s commitment to culinary excellence.
The Grand Dining Room itself will exhibit renewed grandeur with a sparkling chandelier, buttery-soft dining chairs and an air of comfortable sophistication. New plush carpets and the glowing atmosphere set the stage for a truly exquisite dining experience.
Public Spaces
Virtually all of the public spaces onboard will be dramatically transformed with new wallpapers, new thought-provoking art, new flooring, and tasteful fabrics. Designer residential furniture will grace the intimate and elegant bars, lounges, and library, creating inviting spaces to gather with friends or enjoy quiet alone time. 8,000 new light fixtures will be installed, including a spectacular chandelier crowning the grand staircase on each of the four Regatta-Class ships.
